Part time job – I’m a property manager! But what about the Australian property market?

Posted on October 27, 2022 by Andy

Hi guys,
Long time no post! I thought it was about time that I reached out to you all, and gave you an update on what I’ve been doing. While law is certainly my thing, I want to start doing wealth generation – and with what? Property!

While the Australian property market is certainly not great at the moment – I really think that I should be riding it out – building my skills – learning more about real estate, so that when I can, I’ll buy properties and rent them out.

That’s the strategy that I think has been working out for others. Rent out a house with a room of 6, and then sub lease all the rooms out to students. And that’s why I because a property manager! I’m learning the tricks of the trade, learning about property management software in Australia, and figuring out how to manage and grow rent rolls.

Now the tough part is saving money for the deposit while doing my busy university life. Ah! How will I do it? Anyway my dream is to hold about 7 different properties for my portfolio, and hopefully that will be done within 10 years.

Signing out!
Andy
